Garrison fencing, tubular fencing, spear top fencing — three names for the same steel security fence, and it is all on this page. If a spec sheet calls for one and a quote offers another, they are describing the same product.
Buy it by the part or by the run. Panels, posts and brackets are sold individually if you know your counts. A complete run gives you every panel, post and bracket set for 100m, 200m or 300m, counted and packed together, so nobody is one post short with the concrete already mixed.
Galvanised and powder coated black, 2400mm wide panels with 115mm picket gaps — commercial and trade perimeter fencing built to last outdoors. In stock in Brisbane and delivered across Queensland.
Panels are 2400mm wide. The post count is always the panel count plus one, because every run needs a post at both ends — that is the detail that leaves people one short on site.

The 115mm picket gap is the number specifiers look for — it sits under the 125mm climbable-gap threshold, which is why this profile turns up in school, council and utility specifications where a wider picket spacing would not pass.
Garrison fencing is the trade name, from the military-style spear top. Tubular fencing describes the construction — hollow steel sections rather than solid bar or mesh. Steel picket fencing describes the look. Spear top describes the finish on the picket ends. Councils, architects and specifiers use all four interchangeably.
Two things it is not:
If your specification calls for one of those, we would rather tell you now than sell you a fence that fails inspection.
Construction site perimeters · warehouses and distribution centres · substations and utilities · schools and childcare · council depots and works yards · car yards and plant hire · self-storage · industrial estates · rural machinery compounds.
We supply fencing contractors, builders, facility managers and councils direct, with trade pricing on volume. A complete run means one delivery with everything on it, rather than three part-shipments and a missing bracket.
Yes. They are two names for the same steel spear top fence. Garrison is the trade name, taken from the military-style spear top; tubular describes the hollow steel sections it is made from. You will also see it called steel picket fencing. All three refer to the panels in this range.
1.8m and 2.1m, both 2400mm wide. The 1.8m suits schools, sports grounds and residential boundaries and takes a 2.4m post. The 2.1m is the commercial height for yards, depots and site perimeters and takes a 2.7m post.
It is a strong climb deterrent rather than a true anti-climb fence. The spear top is a genuine deterrent and the 115mm picket gaps are too narrow to get a foot into, but the 40 x 40mm horizontal rails do give a foothold. A fence with no foothold at all is 358 or prison mesh, which is a different product that we do not stock. If your specification calls for 358 mesh, tell us and we will say so rather than supply the wrong fence.
Galvanised, then powder coated black. That is the standard commercial finish and it is what gives the corrosion resistance outdoors. Of the fittings, the side fit lug bracket is hot-dip galvanised steel.
Panels are 2400mm wide, so 100 metres is 41 panels and 42 posts, because a run needs a post at both ends. Our complete runs include every panel, post and bracket set for 100m, 200m or 300m. We supply fencing contractors, builders, facility managers and councils direct, with trade pricing on volume.
